We are running IIS v6.0 on Win Server 2003 SP2. When a user attempts to change their password in Webmail the popup page turns to "Internet Explorer Cannont Display the Web Page". I am guessing it has something to do with the certificate but not sure how to verify that. I am not really even sure what to check at this point. I have read several threads about this but with no real error code I am having trouble finding any solution. Any assitance would be greatly appreciated.

Please describe the exchange environment So, issue happens when attempting to access the “Change Password” webpage via OWA, does the issue also when if you access the page directly via https://<server>/iisadmpwd/aexp2b.asp?
